Mampintsha's Sister Threatens to Sue Moja Love Over Unpaid Reality TV Show Appearance
Pinky Gumede, the sister of the late musician Mampintsha, has threatened to take legal action against Moja Love and Parental Advisory Production, accusing them of exploitation and failing to pay her for her appearance in a new reality TV show. Pinky claims she and her late mother were previously underpaid and mistreated during the filming of *uThando Lodumo*, a reality show featuring Mampintsha and his wife, Babes Wodumo.

Pinky is set to appear in *Wena Wodumo*, which premieres on Moja Love on March 29. However, she has detailed her unpleasant experience working with the show’s producers, Thomas Gumede and Lungile Radu of Parental Advisory Production.
Pinky alleges that the production company approached her and her mother to appear on *uThando Lodumo* but underpaid and mistreated them during the filming of two seasons. She stated:
*“We shot two seasons with them, and we were badly paid. Even then, we were ill-treated, and we had to fight for our money.”*
Following Mampintsha’s untimely passing, the producers approached the Gumede family again for Season 3 of the show. Pinky initially refused but eventually agreed after Thomas Gumede convinced her, citing the well-being of Mampintsha’s child. She explained:
*“Thomas begged us, apologised, and promised to do things right. He said we must think of Mampintsha’s child and that if we refused to shoot, we might jeopardise the child’s future. Based on this, we agreed, but we never signed any documents.”*

Pinky claims that when she asked for a contract, Thomas assured her he was working on it. However, after Mampintsha’s funeral, Thomas allegedly ghosted her, leaving her feeling exploited. Her frustration resurfaced when she saw the trailer for *Wena Wodumo*.
Pinky has vowed to take legal action if Moja Love and Parental Advisory Production fail to pay her. She said:
*“I will not stop demanding money. I also want my mother’s money. If they fail to pay me, I’ll sue them.”*
